INFORMATION ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Acting in implementation of the EU Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing the directive no. 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 ( Official Journal of European Union L 2016, no. 119, p.1) we hereby inform you that we process your personal data.

Aim and legal grounds for processing of personal data:
Your personal data are processed in order to:
a/ perform and under the sale of goods/delivery contract concluded by us (pursuant to art.6(1) (b) GDPR)
b/ enter into a sale of goods/delivery contract, basing on your interest in our offer (pursuant to art.6(1) (b) GDPR);
c/ offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), which is our legitimate commercial interest (pursuant to art.6(1) (f) GDPR);
d/ for archival (evidence) purposes to safegurd information in case of legal need to demonstrate facts, which is our legitimate interest (pursuant to art.6(1) (f) GDPR)
e/ possibly establish, exercise or defend ourselves against claims, which is our legitimate interest (pursuant to art.6(1) (f) GDPR )
Categories of data processed :
basic personal data i.e name, surname, tax identification number, place of residence, type of business activity conducted and its name, contact information, identification data granted by public authorities, financial data regarding mutual settlements, entering into and performing contracts and offers
Source of data:
available in public registers,
acquired from the contractual partner, including their website
Your personal data may be disclosed to entities whose services we use to process data in connection with our business activity, including subcontractors:
companies rendering book-keeping, consulting, auditing and legal services for our benefit,
entities providing and maintaining our computerised systems,
banks and other financial institutions and insurance companies,
entities rendering postal, courier, forwarding, delivery services,
debt-collecting entities or assignees

Data retention period:
a/ we retain your data acquired in order to enter into a sale of goods/delivery contract for the period of negotiating the contract and until the end of the calendar year which follows the year you last approached us to conclude the said contract;
b/ we process your data acquired in connection with entering into a sales of goods/delivery contract until the limitation period for potential claims regarding the last sale of goods/delivery contract expires;
c/ We store your basic contact data for product or service for direct marketing purposes until such time as you object to their processing for that purpopse, withdraw your consent if we process your data on the grounds of consent ZGODA MARKETINGOWA or we establish that they are no longer valid.
Transfers of personal data to third countries or international organisations
We do not transfer your data outside Poland /EU/ European Economic Area.
a/ the right to access your personal data and to receive their copies, which may be subject to an administrative fee
b/ the right to rectify (amend) your data,
c/ the right to erase your data. If in your opinion there exist no grounds for us to process your data, you may request the erasure of such data. This does not apply, however, if data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation requiring processing of data under EU or a member state law which the controller is subject to or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
d/ the right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain restriction of processing your personal data to their retention or carrying tasks authorised by you if in your opinion we possess incorrect data or we process them without legitimate grounds; or if you do not want us to erase them for the purpose of establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or while you object to processing your data;
e) the right to object to processing data:
Objection to marketing. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes you have the right to object to processing of personal data. If you exercise this right, we will cease to process your data for that purpose;
- objection due to specific situation – you have also the right to object to processing of your data on legitimate grounds for purposes other than direct marketing. In such cases you need to prove your specific situation, which in your opinion justifies ceasing to process your data to which your objection applies. We will cease to process your data for those purposes, unless we prove that there exist overriding legitimate grounds or that your data are necessary for us for the purpose of establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
f/ the right to data portability:
You have the right to personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format. You may commission us to transmit those data directly to another controller as long as this is technically possible
g/ the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.
